SECTION ONE: PROCESS OVERVIEW

> To keep the database of pages and campaigns clean and tidy, we need to remove/disable the old ones time if they are not used any more.

SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION

STEP #1

When disabling a campaign, make sure there aren’t any people left.

When removing a page, make sure:


  1. That the page is redirected to a similar one, or

  2. there is an explanation about that they missed out, a message or a clock at 0

STEP #2

Consider all possible consequences.

     

SECTION THREE: REPORTING

WHO: Who should be the outcome send to?

> Jan

WHAT: What are you expecting to see in the outcome?

> Confirmation that it’s been done and a new solution.

WHEN: When does the person reviewing the outcome want it?

> As soon as it happens.

HOW: How should the outcome be delivered?

> Message in Slack/Whatsapp.
