1. How to cancel the Empowered Trader subscription

In Ontraport, go to the contact details and

1. click on 'Purchases' in the menu on left side

2. scroll down to the 'Subscriptions and Payment Plans' section

3. select the open order called 'The Empowered Trader club membership'

4. click on 'Delete order'

Now, the subscription has been cancelled and the client will NOT be charged again.

5. Go to 'Contact Information'

6. And add the tag 'ET_Newsletter_unsubscribed'

7. Add this contact to the list of all unsubscribers - write down his name/email address, the date and reason of the cancellation:

Once he got his last issue which he paid for, remove him from the distribution list.
