1. "Did you get it?" / "Got it?" email

Emails with these subjects are automated. It's a follow-up after they requested a free download and we want to make sure they got it.

Answer: Thank you for your reply. Let us know if you need any help.

(or something similar depending on their reply - just thank them for the confirmation / feedback/ kind words..)

2. Elite

2.1 If we get a strategy for the elite strategy depot (word document must be attached), forward it to petra@bettertraderacademy.com. She will test the strategy within a few days to decide whether the strategy will be accepted or not. In the meantime, reply to the client that we received it:

Answer: Thank you for submitting the strategy. We'll inform you about the status of your strategy soon.

3. Empowered Trader newsletter - subscription cancellation

Question: "Please unsubscribe me from the Empowered Trader newsletter."

NOTE: 1. Before you reply, cancel the subscription in Ontraport. (you'll find instructions here)
2. If the reason of the cancellation is already stated in the email request, remove the last sentence from this answer:

5. Previous coding experience / EasyLanguage knowledge

Question: "I’m new to algo trading, I don’t know the EasyLanguage, not sure if this course is for me"?
