ELITE overview

Elite is a 1-year membership program.

Tasks done on a regular basis:

• Mission Pack released every month around 20th - always MONDAY


• 2 Mission Calls happening once a month on the 1st Saturday and Sunday

MEMBERS

In Elite we have members who joined in a different month, that’s why the MP (mission pack) release order is different for each member. The biggest group is the first one who gets a fresh new mission pack every month and they have access to all elite materials. In Ontraport they have this tag Elite-joined-jan2020 (+ 1 more member Jim Wiegel who joined 1 month later and he has the same access, and this OP tag Elite-joined-feb2020).

So when you want to filter out members based on the month they joined, use these tags Elite-joined-jan2020, Elite-joined-feb2020, Elite-joined-sep2020, Elite-joined-oct2020, Elite-joined-nov2020, Elite-joined-jan2021, etc. All these groups get different content (mission pack) in a particular month.

All current members have the tag ‘elite-purchased’

IMPORTANT: We’ve been running elite for more than a year now and a few members didn’t prolong their membership, so always exclude them in Ontraport when filtering out current members. The tag Elite-unenrolled.

Steps

UNENROLLMENT PROCESS

1. Send out an unenrollment email 2 days before removing any access (in OP it’s called ‘Elite - Goodbye’)
   


2. Remove SAAS^[b] (+ also delete the password from OP)
   

3. Disable member’s Slack account^[c]
   


4. Remove access from the Elite dashboard in the Members’ Area


5. Exclude him from the free Empowered Trader newsletter subscription

To remove access from the Elite dashboard in the Members’ Area, add the member to the OP campaign called ‘Elite unenrollment’ which automatically adds tag ‘elite-unenrolled’ and removes access tag ‘elite-purchased’ (general tag to access the dashboard), and then all individual tags for mission/bonus pack and calls:
