SECTION ONE: PROCESS OVERVIEW
TITLE: What are you calling this process?

SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION
STEP #1
Make sure that you have all details, eg.: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fIRGqITk3123cu2ufRQJUbPkJ4aXYlPIvLcaZa71-y0/edit?usp=sharing
You can always create the pages and then add the downloadables and badges.
STEP #2
Make 2 copies of a previous coaching call page and name it accordingly
Eg: Elite Mission Planning Sept 2020 Grp B
STEP #3
Go to Headway ->Visual Editor -> Grid and choose “Customize current layout” option from the pop-up window
We need to choose the correct design so the new pages have the same layout as the rest of the Coaching calls page.
Choose from the dropdown list a page with the same layout (including color scheme of the right-side table)
Click “Clone Layout”
STEP #4
We need to update the information in the selected field below ( top and right side )
Right click on each field and choose “Open block options”
For both blocks choose “Do not mirror” option as seen below:
Then SAVE ( upper right corner ) and open again right click on each field and choose “Open block options”. Now we should have different options there and be able to modify the information in each field:
We need to rename the TablePress (as seen above) as well as make sure the correct information is in the field above, which corresponds to this section on the page:
STEP #5
Next, we create 2 TablePress tables (one for each page) and protected content links for each downloadable per page.
Go to the backend of the website: https://members.bettertraderacademy.com/wp-admin/ and choose TablePress in the left side menu. Search for one of the Tablepress that was previously used for these pages, eg: “Elite-EL-Mission-Oct-GrpB” and create 2 duplicates (one for Group A and one for Group B)
For each table make sure to update:
- Next/previous lessons buttons (title plus link)
- Protected content links
STEP #6
Create protect content links
Go to the backend https://members.bettertraderacademy.com/wp-admin/ and choose Protected Content from the left side menu.
Search for a protected content name previously used (best practice is to choose the ones from the previous page). MAKE SURE THE TAG IS CORRECT (otherwise people who did not pay for this content might have access to it). At the moment we use tag: “Elite_Coaching_Calls” and “Elite-purchased:
Update the new cloned Protected Content (links name + Amazon content). The Amazon (AWS) files will be provided by Petra and you need to update them in Amazon by following these steps:
- Log in to AWS server
- Choose S3
- Properly rename the files in case they haven’t been already, and update them under the correct bucket (in this case see below)
Once this is done, make sure to save the Protected Content and then update the links in the Tablepress make sure all downloadables are working as expected (download and open each of them on both pages)
STEP #7
Ask Pablo to create the badge for us
Go to Pablo’s Slack Channel and ask him to create a badge for us - send him a screenshot of how it should look like (previous Coaching Call badges) plus the description of the badge.
Make sure he gave you the correct badge (no grammar mistakes in the description or other irregularities).
STEP #8
Update the badges on the dashboard page.
Go to the backend of the website and choose Pages under the left side menu. Choose the Dashboard Elite page https://members.bettertraderacademy.com/dashboard-elite/ and add the 2 badges under the “Mission Planning” section. You can simply copy paste a new subsection (for the previous coaching calls) and update the copy.
Make sure the badges are visible on the Elite Dashboard page.
STEP #9
Go to the previous TablePress page (GroupB last month) and make sure to update the “Coming up” part, usually is something like this “Next session coming up on 3rd October”. Until then the NEXT button on group B needs to be without a link.
