How to generate a new license key

1. Open ‘BOS Tool licence manager’ app and you’ll see all licence keys:

2. From the buttons on the right, click ‘New’.


3. Follow these 4 steps:

1. ‘User name’ - always use email address


2. Click ‘Generate’ (the licence key pops up)


3. Check the box ‘Paid’ (for each new client it’s ‘paid’, if it’s a test license key for our team - it’s ‘internal’)


4. Click ‘Save’

4. Licence key is done, now copy it to Ontraport - contact information -> field called ‘BOS Tool password’

How to reset the license key

1 licence key can be used on max 4 computers. If it’s more, the notification ‘too many licences applied’ appears on the client’s screen. You can see the number of registered computer in the licence’s details, for example this one has only 2:

How to check the license details - select desired licence in the list and then click the ‘edit’ button on the right.

How to reset the licence key - select desired licence in the list and then click the ‘clean history’ button on the right.

That’s it, now the log in licence details should be empty and the client can register up to 4 computers again.
