Thinks to consider:

Suggestions: Give Cristina access to WPEzi, LP, and part of OP

Put all VAs in a single slack channel so that they can send messages to each other, without Petra being the middle man (woman?) - like a design from Pablo to Cristina or emails from Maria to Cristina (or whoever will create them in OP)

Speed improvement - domains that are used just for redirecting Leadpages (bta-elite.com) - connect using A record instead of doing it through WordPress - it is less maintenance and it is quicker

Deliverability:

• Try new different domain, do a proper warm-up, send free content to most loyal contacts, show mailbox providers that people want that content (something we haven't done for BTA). Wait at least 30 days after the domain is purchased before the first email is sent


• Stop sending the email sequence after 3-5 days if the person hasn’t opened any of the previous emails from the sequence (probably not interested)


• Try different ESP (Active Campaign)
