Refunds

SECTION ONE: PROCESS OVERVIEW

Refunds are part of our business - sometimes a client is not really happy with the content or it doesn't suit his/her trading style and asks for a refund.

SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION

Usually clients get in touch with us with a refund request by email. As soon as this is received, check if the client meets the conditions for a refund. The refund period is different for each of the products. So check these carefully on the sales page.

Also, most of the courses have an option to unlock content that is usually accessible after the refund period (to avoid situations when client downloads all the content and then asks for a refund). This can be done on a page like this one:

In that case, a client would get one of these tags:

And he should not be refunded.

Same case when the refund period runs out.

In case the client is problematic and doesn't really want to understand that he is not entitled to a refund, we can offer him an alternative product or some kind of discount - to be confirmed with Tomas and Andrew.

Every time a refund is processed, it should be added to this list (part of monthly reports for Tomas and Andrew):

Once the first sheet is updated, don’t forget to update the 2nd list (overview), cells D2 - D13 - these values can be copied from Ontraport or from Klipfolio.
