STEP #1

1. Before cart open (for launch)

• Abandoned cart email setup?


• Does the price on the checkout form matches the price mentioned on the sell page? Even for upsell?


• Are all bonuses released after the money back guarantee period? And when waived manually before the time is reached?


• Is klipfolio ready? Check that Tomas and Andrew have access to all new klips.

• Is the NDA setup? Agree to T&C once they will log in.

STEP #2

    2. Continuously during the launch

• For every email unsubscribe from this event only link - going to "confirmation page" and exclude people who clicked on the link

• Checking the sales, are the tags still ok?

• Were the scheduled emails sent on time?

• Does the number of people in OntraPort match the number of sales in PayPal?


• Be proactive on the live chat (Hi! Thanks for joining us! My name is Jan, I am co-organizer of this Bob Pardo´s online event. I am happy to help you with any questions.)

STEP #3

     3. Closing + Post launch

• Disable/redirect all websites

• Disable abandon cart email

• Send email "what did we do wrong" to people who haven't subscribed - take out all people who purchased.
