SECTION ONE: PROCESS OVERVIEW
TITLE: What are you calling this process?
> Podcast release
SUMMARY: A one-sentence description of the process.
> When a podcast is recorded, it needs to be prepared and released to audience in a similar way as a newsletter.
WHY: Briefly explain why the process is important.
> Some of the podcast episodes were played by a 1,000 people. So it really needs to work right.
INTERVAL: How often does this process need to be complete?
> As requested
SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION
STEP #1
Audio
- Have the audio file prepared by audio expert (gorankrstic36@yahoo.com), add intro, outro
Transcript
- Get the transcript prepared by rev.com (needs to be checked afterward for accuracy - especially trader's language - stop-loss vs stock-loss, etc)
- Ask Maria to prepare the show notes - the final name of the podcast episode is always from Show Notes
- for numbering always use 3 digits (e.g. 003)
- all products and lead magnets mentioned should have links - in both transcript and the blog post - the products that cost below $1,000 have direct links ending /bta (Emini, STU, Fakeouts, Building Robust Strategies Masterclass)
- links should be on images as well
- the links should not be underlined - keep it consistent
Upload it to Wordpress
- in the sidebar on the right side, click on "Downloads" -> "All Downloads"
- use the same style as the previous transcripts - name: BTA Podcast Episode 005, URL: https://www.bettertraderacademy.com/files/bta-podcast-episode-005/
Go to Ontraport, prepare the email, form, and the email sequence:
- copy the previous episode

paste the code into wordpress: useloom.com/share/ea7b8202275d4cdd86bd2c9...
STEP #2
MP3
- Download the MP3 file for google drive folder, use MP3 tool to update ID3tags, here are the instructions: https://www.loom.com/share/bf6b48e1b812422bb852a215e87b10c7
- The audio should be in 192 kbps
- Upload the audio file to libsyn: https://www.loom.com/share/22e3dbc3dd7f4253b667cab969d0136b
- Copy the code and use it in Wordpress: https://www.loom.com/share/f0169e11c3574bfda5a2da22179db1cb
- Once you do it, the code needs to be updated add the image instead of the text, plus make these 2 steps:
STEP #3
Blog post / Email / Show notes
- name and text taken from show notes
- all links open in a new tab
- all links have UTM tags - email, blog post, everything
- all quotes have full names after them (first name and a surname)
- prev/next navigation links at the end of each post/episode
- blog post category in Wordpress is Podcast, not blog post
- all products and leadmagnets should have links - the products that cost below $1,000 have direct links (Emini, STU, Fakeouts, Building Robust Strategies Masterclass) (Direct links explanation: Usually we ask people to go to the landing page - like systemtradingunleashed.com, sign up for the free ebook and go through the email sequence where they are offered the product (about 3 days after they sign up). The direct link means that is it systemtradingunleshed.com/bta - the /bta part is the same for all of these 4 products and it takes you directly to the sales page without having to sign up for the ebook and going through the email sequence)
- check spelling and grammar
- there should be exit popup related to the product that is mentioned in the episode, use this sheet, list "exit popups" docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1S3ohB31ZvcWxG...
- all episodes should be consistent - check capital letters, hyphens, dashes, etc (see example below).
STEP #4
Check gaps in the article
- gaps between sections should be the same, constant, not like this:
STEP #5
Links
- links should not be underlined, keep it consistent
STEP #6
Check preview on the home page
Is the image and text preview from the same article?
STEP #7
Once published on the website, publish on youtube
Use: tunestotube.com/
Instruction video:
useloom.com/share/8ae3a560fb5640989f9112f...
And then update the record in youtube directly according to images (youtube.com -> video manager -> videos -> edit -> advanced settings):
