SECTION ONE: PROCESS OVERVIEW

All emails that BTA has are hosted by Google using service Google Suite (or GSuite). As self hosted solution using A2 hosting was really not reliable. Email is really a crucial part of our business and it needs to be in the top condition.

SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION

When you log in here: https://gsuite.google.com/

You are presented with the admin welcome screen:

With the most important is the overview of users. There is an option to add a new user and modify existing ones (reset password, rename or delete the user, etc.)

For each user Google charges $5 per month. So it is not really best to have 1 user for each email address that we have. It is possible to group them together by who is managing them. For the main one, Better Trader Academy (info@bettertraderacademy), there are 8 additional inboxes. To display them, go to “user details”:

Email messages that are sent to any of these addresses end up in the inbox of the same user.
