SECTION ONE: PROCESS OVERVIEW

TITLE: What are you calling this process?

> Sales export

SUMMARY: A one-sentence description of the process.

> To process all data, we need to export all information from Ontraport so that they can be imported into a custom made solution.

 

WHY: Briefly explain why the process is important.

> It is important to see how are the clients behaving, where is the business going.

INTERVAL: How often does this process need to be complete?

> On request

   

SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION

STEP #1

Log in to Ontraport and go to Sales

STEP #2

Select a filter called “Paid transactions”

STEP #3

Select all in group:

STEP #4

Click export

STEP #5

Enter your email address and select all following columns:

Contact ID

Contact Email

Name (product name)

Contact (client name)

Total purchase (for a transaction)

Date (Standard) (of transaction)

Status (should be just “paid”)

Invoice Gateway

Order number

Invoice number

And click export.

STEP #6

Once you download it, the file should have:


  • at least 1,700 lines and (as of Apr 2020 - the number will increase every month)

  • 10 columns A-J

SECTION THREE: REPORTING

WHO: Who should be the outcome send to?

> Andrew by slack

WHAT: What are you expecting to see in the outcome?

> lists of transactions

WHEN: When does the person reviewing the outcome want it?

> as soon as possible

HOW: How should the outcome be delivered?

> csv file
