SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION
STEP #1
Log in to Ontraport and go to Sales
STEP #2
Select a filter called “Paid transactions”
STEP #3
Select all in group:
STEP #4
Click export
STEP #5
Enter your email address and select all following columns:
Contact ID
Contact Email
Name (product name)
Contact (client name)
Total purchase (for a transaction)
Date (Standard) (of transaction)
Status (should be just “paid”)
Invoice Gateway
Order number
Invoice number
And click export.
STEP #6
Once you download it, the file should have:
- at least 1,700 lines and (as of Apr 2020 - the number will increase every month)
- 10 columns A-J
