SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION
STEP #1
OntraPort
- remove tags allowing to access the course (like "Market_Internals_Has_Access" or "Market_Internals_Pro_Has_Access")
- add a refund tag (e.g. "Market_Internals_refund" or "Market_Internals_PRO_refund")
- remove contact from sequences (e.g. "TMI EG 3. Purchase")
update the user by adding to sequence "AA User - Update"
STEP #2
PayPal refund
- Login to PayPal
- Find the right payment based on the name or email address
- Scroll down to section issue a refund
- Issue and confirm a refund (follow the print screens below)
