INTERVAL: How often does this process need to be complete?
> Every other Thursday (as it is checked and polished for grammar by Maria overnight and then final check on Friday by Tomas or Andrew)
SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION
STEP #1
- Footer - disclaimer !!!!
- logo in the footer/header? If there is a space for it
- Table of Content - does the link work in the PDF?
- Does all other links work as they suppose to?
- Text proofread?
- check for double spaces (crtl+f)
- font size - all the same except for headers, fonts +/- 2 fonts look more like a mistake
- about the author at the end of the book (copy from other books)
- text same color (except for links)
- text alignment the same (left vs justified)
- All sentences start with capital letters?
- Numbering - the lists can have different font size and style
SECTION THREE: REPORTING
WHO: Who should be the outcome sent to?
