SECTION ONE: PROCESS OVERVIEW

TITLE: What are you calling this process?

> General design rules + checklist

SUMMARY: A one-sentence description of the process.

> As an inspiration use Click Funnels slides

WHY: Briefly explain why the process is important.

> Since the forum is growing bigger and bigger, it is really easy to miss something that is important for them. This brief overview helps others to go through the most important topics that were discussed over the last 2 weeks.

INTERVAL: How often does this process need to be complete?

> Every other Thursday (as it is checked and polished for grammar by Maria overnight and then final check on Friday by Tomas or Andrew)

SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION

STEP #1

instructions for designer:

  1. don't use shaded colors- it generally looks dated, it's what we used to do on websites years ago, the current design standard is to use clean, flat colors,

  2. no thick borders,

  3. no big rounded corners,

  4. no shadows (or grey borders that look like shadows)

  5. avoid excessive use of red color - red means loss for traders

  6. adjust the design to our target group - most of our clients are men 30-50yrs,

  7. all documents with 3 pages and more should contain page numbers

  8. add disclaimer (centered) to the footer of each page of document, checklist, etc

STEP #2

After delivery check:

  1. check that all previous requests were carried out properly

  2. check all text (copy it and paste into a spell checker, like free grammarly.com)

  3. check if there is the disclaimer in the footer
