INTERVAL: How often does this process need to be complete?
> Every other Thursday (as it is checked and polished for grammar by Maria overnight and then final check on Friday by Tomas or Andrew)
SECTION TWO: PROCESS EXECUTION
STEP #1
Files you need:
- transcript of the audio/video file
- presentation file template (to be downloaded here ..... )
STEP #2
Creating the new presentation
- make sure page 1 is the disclaimer
- copy the video/audio name to the presentation
- go through the file and pick the most important points to the presentation
- estimated time - 20 minutes for every page of transcript
SECTION THREE: REPORTING
WHO: Who should be the outcome sent to?
